PAWN LOAN DISCLAIMER

In consideration of and to secure the amount identified as the Total of Payments, pledgor hereby deposits with the issuer of this agreement the pledged property described on the reverse. The pledgor represents and warrants that the pledged property is not stolen, rented, or leased, and that they have no liens or encumbrances against them. Pledgor also attests to have good title to the pledged property, that pledgor has the right to pledge the property, and is at least 18 years of age. Pledgor also attests that the pledgor is not in voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy or any type and is not anticipating thing a bankruptcy proceeding or any type.

This pawn is for one month. The Finance Charge is deemed earned, due and owing as of the date of the pawn transaction and a like sum shall be deemed earned due and owing on the same day of the succeeding month.

Pledgor agrees that issuers hereof may, at issuer’s option, extend this agreement one or more times.

The property pledged as security for the loan extended by this agreement may be redeemed by the pledgor by paying all amounts ordered under this agreement prior to the expiration of sixty (60) days from the Maturity Date of the loan. If the pledgor does not redeem on or before the Maturity Date, loan charges shall continue to accrue as set forth on the reverse side. The pledged property may be sold by the pawnbroker after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the Maturity Date of the loan; provided that not less than ten (10) days before making the sale, the Pawnbroker shall have given notice to the Pledgor, by mail sent to the address of Pledgor as shown on the Pawnbroker’s register, notifying such person that unless the pledged property is redeemed within ten (10) days from the date of mailing said notice, the property will be sold. It is agreed to and understood that this pawnbroker does not insure pledged property for the benefit of the pledgor and pawnbroker is not liable for loss or damage to the pledged property resulting from burglary, theft, embezzlement, robbery, moths, fire, water, typical wear, and deterioration resulting from handling and storage, acts of God, public enemy (vis. Major riot) and/or other causes.

If this pawn ticket is lost, destroyed, or stolen, pledgor should immediately so advise the issuing pawnbroker, in writing.

Customer Privacy Notice: We collect nonpublic personal information about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer from the following sources: Information we receive from you on our pawn forms, loan documents, sales documents, or other forms, information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to our affiliates and as permitted by law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain safeguards that restrict access to your nonpublic personal information.
